At Restore Northampton, our Make an Impact Days are all about bringing local teams together to create hands-on, meaningful change. These half day volunteering experiences give groups the chance to see behind the scenes, learn about hidden poverty in Northampton, and actively support the work that makes our community stronger.

At Restore Northampton, we believe social value isn’t just about numbers, it’s about connection, compassion, and community. Our Make an Impact Days give local businesses the chance to turn CSR goals into tangible, hands-on support for families across Northampton.

On 25 September we celebrated 12 years of Restore Northampton. You would have found volunteers, donors, local officials and friends sharing stories about why they serve and how the charity helped them rebuild their lives. We heard from people who once relied on Restore and now volunteer, and from coordinators who read testimonies for those who couldn’t join us.

This summer, our Family Nest project was full of life, laughter, and opportunities to connect. From our special Breakfast Club to our Teddy Bears’ Picnic and a wonderful trip to Delapré Abbey, there was something for every family to enjoy.

Saturday 28th June saw the return of our much-loved Family Fun Day, hosted in partnership with Central Vineyard. The event brought nearly 300 local residents together for a day of connection, laughter, and celebration, and the sunshine didn’t hurt either!
