A Summer of Connect at Family Nest
This summer, our Family Nest project was full of life, laughter, and opportunities to connect. From our special Breakfast Club to our Teddy Bears’ Picnic and a wonderful trip to Delapré Abbey, there was something for every family to enjoy.
Family Nest has always been about more than just activities, it’s a space where parents can share a coffee and conversation, and children can play and make new friends. This summer reminded us again how much those moments of connection matter.
Highlights from the Summer include
Breakfast Club – Parents and carers gathered over tea, coffee, and fresh pastries while little ones played.
Teddy Bears’ Picnic – A joyful morning filled with songs, story time, and a shared picnic that brought smiles all around.
Delapré Abbey Trip – Families explored the grounds, enjoyed lunch together, and made new memories in the sunshine.
Park Meet-Up at Abington Park – Complete with ice creams, playtime, and plenty of conversation.
