FTE £33,075–£35,000 (Actual salary £25,030–£26,486)

• Offered with an initial 1 year fixed term contract with a 3 month probationary period. Roles to be extended subject to funding.

  Generous Annual Leave Allowance of 30 days pro-rata inc bank holidays, and additional discretionary leave at Christmas. Additional days for personal/professional development and emotional/spiritual wellbeing.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

The Restore Families Lead is a senior role with responsibility for overseeing and developing all familyfocused projects at Restore, including Growbaby, Nest and emerging projects. The role includes agreed safeguarding responsibilities, including acting as a Safeguarding Lead where designated. The salary scale reflects this level of responsibility, oversight of multiple projects and the experience required.

Our family projects provide practical support in times of crisis alongside welcoming spaces that build relationships, reduce isolation and strengthen families. The Restore Families Lead will work alongside the

Team Manager, Support Worker and wider team to ensure projects are accessible, safe and responsive to local needs, helping families move from crisis towards connection.

This role offers an opportunity to shape how family projects develop, working collaboratively with staff,

volunteers, students, local partners and families themselves. The post holder will empower volunteers and project teams to take ownership of practical delivery, providing oversight, support, training and clear direction.

Through strong local partnerships, the Restore Families Lead will help the charity understand emerging needs and connect its projects with the wider community, developing new opportunities for families as Restore moves forward.
