PAY & BENEFITS
12 hours over 3 days (Mon, Tues, Wed 9am-1pm)
FTE £27,088 (Actual salary £8,668)
Offered with an initial 1 year fixed term contract with a 3 month probationary period. Roles to be extended subject to funding.
Employee Contribution Pension available.
Generous Annual Leave Allowance of 30 days pro-rata inc bank holidays, and additional discretionary leave at Christmas. Additional days for personal/professional development and emotional/spiritual wellbeing.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE
The Restore Families Assistant is a practical, hands-on role supporting the Restore Families Lead with the day-to-day delivery of Restore family projects, including Growbaby, Nest and other family activities. The role works alongside staff and volunteers to create warm and welcoming spaces for families and provides practical, planning and administrative support to help projects run smoothly.
